asannivrttau tu sadatmana sphutam 

pratitiretasya bhavetpraticah | 

tato nirasah karaniya eva 

sadatmanah sadhvahamadivastunah ||

This innermost Atma is clearly realized as the Eternal Self when the unreal ceases to exist. So one must strive to completely remove the unreal self, starting with ego, etc., from the Eternal Self. 

The soul or Atma which is in our body is eternal. It is part and parcel from the Supreme Personality of Godhead. the Atma and the creator have the same quality but quantitatively is different. Since the Atma is covered with the temporary body, we, human beings thinking that we are this body. We give more priority for the body than the eternal Atma. Our body will perish any moment but the soul remains. To see the real eternal soul in us, we have to remove the bodily concept and egos. If we fail to do so, we have to suffer again and again in this world.

Atma terdalam ini jelas direalisasikan sebagai Diri Abadi ketika yang tidak nyata tidak ada lagi. Jadi seseorang harus berusaha untuk sepenuhnya menghilangkan diri yang tidak nyata, dimulai dengan ego, dll., Dari Diri Abadi.

Jiwa atau Atma yang ada di dalam tubuh kita adalah abadi. Itu adalah bagian tak terpisahkan dari Personalitas Tertinggi Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Atma dan pencipta memiliki kualitas yang sama tetapi secara kuantitatif berbeda. Karena Atma ditutupi dengan tubuh sementara, kita, manusia berpikir bahwa kita adalah tubuh ini. Kami memberikan prioritas lebih untuk tubuh daripada Atma abadi. Tubuh kita akan binasa setiap saat tetapi jiwa tetap ada. Untuk melihat jiwa abadi yang sejati di dalam diri kita, kita harus menghilangkan konsep tubuh dan ego. Jika kita gagal melakukannya, kita harus menderita berulang kali di dunia ini.

நம் உடலில் இருக்கும் ஆன்மா அல்லது ஆத்மா நித்தியமானது. இது கடவுளின் உயர்ந்த ஆளுமையின் ஒரு பகுதியாகும். ஆத்மா மற்றும் படைப்பாளருக்கு ஒரே தரம் உள்ளது, ஆனால் அளவு வேறுபட்டது. ஆத்மா தற்காலிக உடலால் மூடப்பட்டிருப்பதால், நாம், மனிதர்கள் நாம் இந்த உடல் என்று நினைக்கிறோம். நித்திய ஆத்மாவை விட உடலுக்கு அதிக முன்னுரிமை கொடுக்கிறோம். எந்த நேரத்திலும் நம் உடல் அழிந்துவிடும், ஆனால் ஆன்மா அப்படியே இருக்கும். நம்மில் உண்மையான நித்திய ஆத்மாவைப் பார்க்க, நாம் உடல் கருத்து மற்றும் ஈகோக்களை அகற்ற வேண்டும். நாம் அவ்வாறு செய்யத் தவறினால், இந்த உலகில் நாம் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் கஷ்டப்பட வேண்டும்.
