Vivekachudamani 195

bhrantim vina tvasangasya niskriyasya nirakrteh | 

na ghatetarthasambandho nabhaso nilatadivat || 

(Sankaracarya's Vivekachudamani 195) 

For the Self which is unattached, actionless, and formless, there can be no connection with the objects of the world other than through delusion, just like the blueness, etc. seen in the sky has no connection with the sky. 

Sometimes we see the sky blue in color, sometimes red and sometimes grey but all those don't reflect the actual sky. Similarly, the Atma has no connection with bodily conception such as ego, anger, prestige and etc. The Atma is only eternal towards the service to the Supreme Personality of Godhead. We have to engage our body in the service of the Lord so that the Atma gets connected. This is spiritualism.

Bagi Diri yang tidak terikat, tanpa tindakan, dan tanpa bentuk, tidak mungkin ada hubungan dengan objek-objek dunia selain melalui khayalan, seperti kebiruan, dll. Yang terlihat di langit tidak ada hubungannya dengan langit.

Terkadang kita melihat langit berwarna biru, terkadang merah dan terkadang abu-abu tetapi semua itu tidak mencerminkan langit yang sebenarnya. Demikian pula, Atma tidak memiliki hubungan dengan konsepsi tubuh seperti ego, kemarahan, prestise, dll. Atma hanya abadi menuju layanan Kepribadian Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Kita harus melibatkan tubuh kita untuk melayani Tuhan agar Atma terhubung. Ini adalah spiritualisme.

இணைக்கப்படாத, செயலற்ற, மற்றும் உருவமற்ற சுயத்திற்கு, வானத்தில் காணப்படும் நீலத்தன்மை போன்ற மாயை தவிர உலகப் பொருள்களுடன் எந்த தொடர்பும் இருக்க முடியாது. வானத்தில் காணப்படுவது போன்றவை வானத்துடன் எந்த தொடர்பும் இல்லை.

சில நேரங்களில் நாம் வானத்தை நீல நிறத்திலும், சில நேரங்களில் சிவப்பு மற்றும் சில நேரங்களில் சாம்பல் நிறத்திலும் காண்கிறோம், ஆனால் அவை அனைத்தும் உண்மையான வானத்தை பிரதிபலிக்காது. இதேபோல், ஆத்மாவுக்கு ஈகோ, கோபம், க ti ரவம் போன்ற உடல் கருத்தாக்கங்களுடன் எந்த தொடர்பும் இல்லை. ஆத்மா என்பது கடவுளின் உயர்ந்த ஆளுமைக்கான சேவையை நோக்கி மட்டுமே நித்தியமானது. ஆத்மா இணைக்கப்படுவதற்கு நாம் நம் உடலை இறைவனின் சேவையில் ஈடுபடுத்த வேண்டும். இது ஆன்மீகம்.
