Sankaracarya's Vivekachudamani 409

चित्तमूलो विकल्पोऽयं चित्ताभावे न कश्चन ।

अतश्चित्तं समाधेहि प्रत्यग्रूपे परात्मनि ॥

cittamūlo vikalpo'yaṃ cittābhāve na kaścana |

ataścittaṃ samādhehi pratyagrūpe parātmani ||

(Sankaracarya's Vivekachudamani 409)

The apparent universe has its root in the mind and cannot exist in the absence of the mind. Therefore, concentrate the mind by fixing it on Supreme Self, the inmost principle.

The Supreme Lord Vasudeva and Vaikunta is always have a connection since our birth in this material world. Due to our ignorance and our forgetfulness we are keeping our distance from the world to which we belong to. The ignorance and forgetfulness will keep us in this miserable material world unless we concentrate our mind and intelligence in understanding our scriptures and the Supreme Personality of Godhead. That should be our real duty.
