Turning away from the unreal should be the result of Knowledge; attachment to the unreal is the result of ignorance. Such is seen to be the case of one who knows a mirage etc., and one who does not. Else, what other tangible result do the knowers-of-Reality gain?

Maya or illusionary life becoming reality in this current world but only by reading our Vedic scriptures, we can overcome Maya. In those days, everyone used to get Vedic education. There is no other material education as we getting now, therefore people in that age was very brilliant. One should not get entangled with Maya or illusion. Human beings are focusing more on Maya, therefore we are fighting among ourselves. Such illusionary thoughts are equal to seeing a mirage in the desert as water. Unless one comes to Atma tattva understanding, the whole life will be miserable.
