Sankaracarya's Vivekachudamani 574
अतस्तौ मायया कॢप्तौ बन्धमोक्षौ न चात्मनि ।

(Sankaracarya's Vivekachudamani 574)
Therefore, bondage and liberation are conjured up by Maya and do not exist in the Self. As there can be no limitation regarding the Infinite space, how can there be any limitation regarding the supreme Reality which is devoid of parts, devoid of activity, serene, unimpeachable, untainted, and non-dual?
The Atma or soul is not affected by material attachment and liberation on the other planet. The soul is not untainted or contaminated. Human beings are concluding the Atma with bodily conception. The Supreme Lord who is pervading everywhere cannot be limited to certain conclusions. There is no limit for the Lord. Similarly, the soul which belongs to the Lord has no limitation. Therefore we have to use the body given to us as an instrument to be the eternal servant of the Lord. This world does not belong to us. We should not limit our position to act like proprietors in this world. The Lord is the Supreme controller, we should accept what he gives to us with open hands. Our real duty is to surrender to the Lord.
